What is your favorite cultivar to grow?

I tend to change genetics almost every run I’m lucky enough to be able to get clones at my local dispensaries from Purple City Genetics and ZenLeaf Nursery. They are both amazing breeders and pheno hunters. They are putting in a lot of extra hours so I don’t have to.

How long have you been growing?

About six years. A little hydroponics back east before learning soil and sungrown in California.

Why did you start?

I was looking for a hobby and tired of paying dispensary prices and rolling the dice on the quality

What piece of equipment can you not grow without?

Great Genetics. Everything else from soil to sun is replaceable.

What are 2 things you wish you had known before you started growing?

Patience and more patience.

How would you describe your relationship with cannabis?

Very Positive. I didn’t really use cannabis until I was in my early 30’s and found it really made my life better in a lot of ways. I use it multiple times and day and I think I really benefit from it.

What do you think is the most interesting trend occurring in the cannabis industry currently?

Ball Vapes I just recently discovered and blew my mind. They replace bowl and lighter on your bong and turn it into a vaporizer. Ball Vapes are the first vaporizes to be more effective them combustion in both taste and effect. I think they are going to take over. I haven’t used a light on my bong in 4 months and I don’t think I will again.  Federal Decriminalization will open up title waves of interstate commerce and destigmatization as well as allow real medical usage inside hospitals.
