Grand Prize:  One custom-designed Cool Cure and to have your design featured as a Limited Edition for sale on our website.  You’ll work with our designers to make your concept come to life!
Runner-Up Prizes: Cannatrol merchandise and swag!

The Rules

Eligibility:

• Age: Participants must be 21 years or older to enter.
• Account: Participants must follow Cannatrol’s Instagram account.  Participants must have a valid social media account (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) to participate.
• Submissions: All design submissions must be done through the provided link on the Cannatrol website.  Submissions will be accepted until March 30,2025.  Submissions outside of this will not be considered for judging.  Only one submission will be considered per email address.  Cannatrol employees, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents will not be eligible to participate in the Design Your Cool Cure Contest.

Design Guidelines:

• Originality: Designs must be original and created by the participant.
• Content: Design content cannot contain any copyrighted material or offensive imagery.

Selection Process:

• Winner Selection:
  • The Cannatrol Team will shortlist 5 designs.
  • The public voting period from April 11, 2025 to April 18, 2025 will determine the Grand Prize winner.
  • The design with the most votes as of April 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST will be declared the winner.
• Notification:
  • The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their submission.
  • If the winner does not respond within 10 days (by April 30, 2025), they will forfeit the prize, and Cannatrol reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Additional Rules:

• No Purchase Necessary.
• Rules are subject to change.
• Grand Prize Details:
  • One (1) custom-designed Cannatrol Cool Cure unit (MSRP: $1,825).
  • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
• Contest Period:
  • The contest runs from March 6, 2025, to April 18, 2025.
• Intellectual Property:
  • By submitting a design, participants grant Cannatrol the exclusive right to use, modify, reproduce, and market the submitted concept without additional compensation.
  • Designs may be featured in Cannatrol’s promotional materials, website, and social media.
• Liability Release:
  • By entering the contest, participants agree to release Cannatrol from any liability related to participation, prize acceptance, or use.
  • Cannatrol is not responsible for technical failures, lost submissions, or unauthorized access to contest entries.
