Job description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Product Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be dually responsible for device assembly/test and for providing technical support and service for our Commercial Dry & Cure products. As a member of our operations team, you will also work closely with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R & Hydronic assembly and field service. Excellent problem-solving skills, responsiveness, and customer-friendliness are required. Electronics assembly experience desired.
Responsibilities
- Fabrication and assembly of HVAC/R and Hydronic components is required.
- Conduct tests to ensure proper electrical functionality of HVAC/R systems.
- Provide field service commissioning, support, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC/R systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and provide product support.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC/R and Hydronic systems is required.
- Ability to assemble components as needed for various projects.
- Strong understanding of field service operations and best practices.
- Customer-centric approach. Responsiveness is essential.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Periodic travel (10-20%) required.

Position Overview
Cannatrol is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the product roadmap for our B2C and B2B product lines. This
role will be integral to the development and execution of innovative go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and crossfunctional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, particularly within
regulated industries, and a proven track record of managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
• Conduct comprehensive research on Cannatrol’s product offerings and their positioning within the market.
• Provide actionable insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to influence product
and marketing strategies.
Product Messaging & Positioning
• Drive product development
• Serve as the internal expert on messaging for B2C and B2B audiences.
• Ensure consistency and clarity in product positioning across all channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate consumer insights, use cases, and competitive data into
product development.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
Go-to-Market Strategy Development
• Develop and execute, in conjunction with the Vice President of Marketing, go-to-market plans for new product
launches, addressing both consumer and business segments.
• Implement strategies to differentiate Cannatrol’s products in a competitive market.
Performance Monitoring & Strategy Optimization
• Analyze key trends and performance metrics across retail and business environments.
• Utilize data and KPIs to evaluate and refine marketing strategies for optimal performance.
Job Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in related field with a focus on B2C and B2B product launches.
• Expertise in premium consumer brands and B2B models, preferably within regulated industries.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
• Experience with commercial products, eCommerce, and retail channels.
• Agency and in-house marketing experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis and KPI-driven decision-making
